What will be happening while you are here
Registration with Name Badges will begin on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at 2 p.m. outside the Sierra Ballroom in the Lobby on the second Floor. Registration will open again Friday morning.
The Thursday night Welcome Reception will be from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. in a Secure Suite on a Keyed Floor. You will be given the information upon registration. There will be food and beverages and the opportunity to meet our volunteers, some of the Las Vegas Intergroup Board of Director Members and our Area 42 Delegate. If you haven’t signed up yet, the link is below.
There will be a Speaker Meeting at 7 p.m. in the Sierra Ballroom Thursday Night following the Welcome Reception.
Your Lunch on Friday afternoon and Saturday afternoon were included in your Registration Fee.
